PAMAM Dendrimer, ethylenediamine core, generation 5.0 is a polyamidoamine dendrimer with a carboxylate termini. PAMAM dendrimers can be used to carry drugs across the blood brain barrier and can increase the bioavailability of water-insoluble drugs. They are water soluble and biocompatible and can be used for controlled drug release.
