Cholesterol-PEG 600 is a PEGylated cholesterol used for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation and drug delivery. Sterols, like cholesterol, provide structure to the LNP membrane. PEGylation on the surface of LNPs improves stability and prevents opsonization.
