Description
ALC-0159 (N,N-dimyristylamide of 2-hydroxyacetic acid) is a PEGylated lipid widely used for in vitro and in vivo delivery of DNA, RNA, oligonucleotides, and other molecules. ALC-0159 can be used to synthesize lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA. PEGylation of lipids increase LNP stability and bioavailability in the body. This product is for research use only.
