Description
ALC-0315 is an ionizable lipid used for the delivery of mRNA in vitro and in vivo. Ionizable lipids are neutral at physiological pH but protonated at acidic pH. When protonated, ionizable lipids condense nucleic acids through electrostatic interactions and promote fusion with endosomal membranes. They can be used to formulate lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). This product is for research use only.
