DOSPA Chloride is a multivalent ionizable cationic lipid used in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNP). LNPs facilitate the safe and effective delivery of cargo to target cells enabling therapeutic action. At physiological pH, DOSPA Cl is cationic and at acidic pH it is further protonated, imparting a strong positive charge. When combined with helper lipids, DOSPA Cl has been shown to be an efficient mediator of DNA and RNA delivery to cells. Kyfora Bio's high purity DOSPA Chloride can be used in conjunction with our other lipid products to provide reliable performance for bioprocessing applications. This product is for research use only.
